SLITRK5 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein SLIT and NTRK like family member 5, which is encoded by the SLITRK5 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in neuronal development and chemical synaptic transmission. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 958 residues, a mass of 107.5 kDa, and is a member of the SLITRK protein family. It is known to be localized in the membrane and is reported to be highly expressed in the cerebral cortex of the brain but also at low levels in the spinal cord and medulla. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include bA364G4.2, SLIT and NTRK-like protein 5, leucine rich repeat containing 11, leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 11, slit and trk like gene 5, and LRRC11.
The detection range for different SLITRK5 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
