These 14-3-3 eta ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of 14-3-3 eta in biological samples. 14-3-3 eta is an alias of the human YWHAH gene, which encodes the protein, tyrosine 3-monooxygenase/tryptophan 5-monooxygenase activation protein eta. Notably, 14-3-3 eta is known to play a role in intracellular protein transport and the regulation of transcription, among other functions. The YWHAH protein is described to be 246 amino acid residues in length and 28.2 kilodaltons in mass. In terms of tissue specificity, it is notably expressed in the brain and present in other tissues albeit at lower levels. This protein is known to be phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include YWHA1, 14-3-3 protein eta, and 14-3-3 eta.
The detection range for different 14-3-3 eta ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 50 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
