S100A6 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein S100 calcium binding protein A6, which is encoded by the S100A6 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to function as a calcium sensor and modulator, contributing to cellular calcium signaling. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 90 residues, a mass of 10.2 kDa, and is a member of the S-100 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane, nucleus, and cytoplasm. Other alias names for this target include 5B10, CABP, CACY, PRA, S10A6, protein S100-A6, MLN 4, and 2A9.
Some S100A6 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15.6 pg/mL and as high as 300 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
