LAG3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein lymphocyte activating 3, which is encoded by the LAG3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in adaptive immune responses and receptor-mediated signaling pathways. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 525 residues, a mass of 57.4 kDa, and is a member of the LAG3 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is secreted and is notably expressed in activated T-cells and a subset of natural killer (NK) cells. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally cleaved and glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include lymphocyte activation gene 3 protein, lymphocyte-activation gene 3, and CD223.
There are LAG3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 31.2 pg/mL and as high as 150 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
