These LH ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of LH in biological samples. LH is an alias of the human PLOD1 gene, which encodes the protein, procollagen-lysine,2-oxoglutarate 5-dioxygenase 1. Notably, LH is known to play a role in epidermis development, among other functions. The PLOD1 protein is 727 amino acid residues in length and 83.6 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 2 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the ER and membrane of the cell. This protein is known to be glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include EDS6 and EDSKCL1.
There are LH ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 123.5 pg/mL and as high as 50 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
