These RhoGDI ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of RhoGDI in biological samples. RhoGDI is an alias of the human ARHGDIA gene, which encodes the protein, Rho GDP dissociation inhibitor alpha. Notably, RhoGDI is known to play a role in the regulation of apoptosis and cytoskeleton organization, among other functions. The ARHGDIA protein is 204 amino acid residues in length and 23.2 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 2 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. Other names for this target antigen include GDIA1, HEL-S-47e, and NPHS8.
The detection range for different RhoGDI ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.16 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
