JMJD1C ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein jumonji domain containing 1C, which is encoded by the JMJD1C gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a suspected histone demethylase that specifically demethylates 'Lys-9' of histone H3, thereby playing a central role in histone code. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 2540 residues, a mass of 284.5 kDa, and is a member of the JHDM2 histone demethylase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include TR-interacting protein 8, thyroid hormone receptor interactor 8, thyroid receptor-interacting protein 8, and probable JmjC domain-containing histone demethylation protein 2C.
There are JMJD1C ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
