XPNPEP3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein X-prolyl aminopeptidase 3, which is encoded by the XPNPEP3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to catalyze the removal of a penultimate prolyl residue from the N-termini of peptides, such as Leu-Pro-Ala. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 507 residues, a mass of 57 kDa, and is a member of the Peptidase M24B protein family. It is known to be localized in the mitochondria and cytoplasm. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. The XPNPEP3 gene has been associated with the disease, Nephronophthisis-like nephropathy. Other alias names for this target include Intermediate Cleaving Peptidase 55, X-Pro aminopeptidase 3, X-prolyl aminopeptidase 3, mitochondrial, probable Xaa-Pro aminopeptidase 3, and xaa-Pro aminopeptidase 3.
There are XPNPEP3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
