SLC6A12 ELISA Kits

SLC6A12 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein solute carrier family 6 member 12, which is encoded by the SLC6A12 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 614 residues, a mass of 69.4 kDa, and is a member of the Sodium:neurotransmitter symporter (SNF) (TC 2.A.22) protein family. It is known to be localized in the membrane. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include BGT1, GAT2, sodium- and chloride-dependent betaine transporter, Na(+)/Cl(-) betaine/GABA transporter, and BGT-1.

Some SLC6A12 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
