RHOV ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ras homolog family member V, which is encoded by the RHOV gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to play a role in in the control of the actin cytoskeleton via activation of the JNK pathway. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 236 residues, a mass of 26.2 kDa, and is a member of the Rho protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be highly expressed in pancreas, placenta, and fetal brain. Other alias names for this target include CDC42-like GTPase 2, GTP-binding protein-like 2, Rho GTPase-like protein ARHV, WRCH-2, WRCH1-related GTPase, and rho-related GTP-binding protein RhoV.
The detection range for different RhoV ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
