UBE2O ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ubiquitin conjugating enzyme E2 O, which is encoded by the UBE2O gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1292 residues, a mass of 141.3 kDa, and is a member of the Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is reported to be highly expressed in the skeletal muscle and heart. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include E2/E3 hybrid ubiquitin-protein ligase UBE2O, ubiquitin carrier protein O, ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 of 230 kDa, and (E3-independent) E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme.
There are UBE2O ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
