CD320 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein CD320 molecule, which is encoded by the CD320 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for transcobalamin saturated with cobalamin (TCbl). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 282 residues and a mass of 29 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is notably expressed in the germinal center (GC) of lymphoid follicles. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. The CD320 gene has been associated with the disease, Methylmalonic aciduria. Other alias names for this target include 8D6A, TCBLR, TCII-R, TCN2R, sCD320, CD320 antigen, 8D6 antigen, and 8D6.
Some CD320 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 31.25 pg/mL and as high as 50 µg/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
