HLX ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein H2.0 like homeobox, which is encoded by the HLX gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be a transcription factor required for TBX21/T-bet-dependent maturation of Th1 cells as well as maintenance of Th1-specific gene expression. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 488 residues, a mass of 50.8 kDa, and is a member of the H2.0 homeobox protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. Other alias names for this target include HLX1, H2.0-like homeobox protein, H2.0-like homeo box-1, H2.0-like homeobox 1, homeobox protein HB24, and HB24.
There are HLX ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
