Anti-CUX antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CUX is a known alias name of the protein cut like homeobox 1, encoded by the CUX1 gene in humans. This 1505-amino acid residue protein is a reported transcription factor involved in the control of neuronal differentiation in the brain. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell and features cleaved and phosphorylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Western Blot is the most common application for the CUX antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
