Anti-CLF antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The CLF antigen is another term for the human protein crooked neck pre-mRNA splicing factor 1, encoded by the CRNKL1 gene. The protein is known to be involved in pre-mRNA splicing process. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 848 residues and a mass of 100.5 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and it is widely expressed across many tissue types. The CLF protein is a member of the Crooked-neck protein family.
