Anti-PTGES3L antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein prostaglandin E synthase 3 like. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 166 amino acid residues and a mass of 19.1 kDa. Up to 5 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the P23/wos2 protein family, PTGES3L is known to be involved with protein folding. Synonyms for this target antigen include putative protein PTGES3L and prostaglandin E synthase 3 (cytosolic)-like. PTGES3L gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of PTGES3L antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
