Anti-CMSS1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein cms1 ribosomal small subunit homolog. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 279 amino acid residues and a mass of 31.9 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the CMS1 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include protein CMSS1. CMSS1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These CMSS1 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
