Anti-L1TD1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein LINE1 type transposase domain containing 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 865 amino acid residues and a mass of 98.9 kDa. It is a member of the Transposase 22 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include LINE-1 type transposase domain-containing protein 1, ES cell-associated protein 11, and ECAT11. L1TD1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. A number of L1TD1 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. ELISA is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Western Blot is also a common application.
