Anti-G Protein-coupled Receptor 123 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the G Protein-coupled Receptor 123 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ADGRA1 gene, which encodes adhesion G protein-coupled receptor A1. This protein is known to function in receptor-mediated signaling pathways and GPCR signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of G Protein-coupled Receptor 123 has a canonical amino acid length of 560 residues and a protein mass of 60.9 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the membrane of cells and notably expressed in the testis. This target antigen may also be known as G-protein coupled receptor 123.
