Anti-NUDT10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein nudix hydrolase 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 164 amino acid residues and a mass of 18.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. It is reported to be mainly expressed in the testis and, at lower level in the brain. A member of the Nudix hydrolase protein family, NUDT10 is known to be involved with metabolic processes. Synonyms for this target antigen include diadenosine 5',5'''-P1,P6-hexaphosphate hydrolase 3-alpha, diadenosine hexaphosphate hydrolase (AMP-forming), nucleoside diphosphate-linked moiety X motif 10, and diphosphoinositol polyphosphate phosphohydrolase 3-alpha. NUDT10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse and rat species. These NUDT10 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
