Anti-TTG1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the TTG1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ODR4 gene, which encodes odr-4 GPCR localization factor homolog. This protein is known to function in protein localization, among other biological roles. The human version of TTG1 has a canonical amino acid length of 454 residues and a protein mass of 51.1 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the membrane of cells. TTG1 is a member of the ODR-4 protein family. Indicated applications for TTG1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunocytochemistry.
