Anti-Cyclin K antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene CCNK in humans. The Cyclin K protein has an expected mass of 64.2 kDa, but there are 4 reported isoforms. The protein may also be known as IDDHDF and CPR4. Variants of this antigen may also be found in other species, including fly, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat.
