Anti-WALp3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the WALp3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the BAZ2A gene, which encodes bromodomain adjacent to zinc finger domain 2A. This protein is known to function in chromatin remodeling and the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. The human version of WALp3 has a canonical amino acid length of 1905 residues and a protein mass of 211.2 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells. Other names for this target antigen include TIP5 and TIP5. Indicated applications for WALp3 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
