Anti-U2AF1RS2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target U2AF1RS2 is a known alias name of the protein zinc finger CCCH-type, RNA binding motif and serine/arginine rich 2, encoded by the ZRSR2 gene in humans. This 482-amino acid residue protein is known to be a Pre-mRNA-binding protein required for splicing of both U2- and U12-type introns. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. The term U2AF1L2 is another synonym for U2AF1RS2. Indicated applications for U2AF1RS2 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
