Anti-UAN antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the UAN antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ZNF365 gene, which encodes zinc finger protein 365. This protein is known to function in cell division, among other biological roles. The human version of UAN has a canonical amino acid length of 216 residues and a protein mass of 24 kilodaltons, although 6 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be notably expressed in the cerebral cortex. This target antigen may also be known as Su48. Indicated applications for UAN antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
