Anti-THEM6 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein thioesterase superfamily member 6. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 208 amino acid residues and a mass of 23.9 kDa. It has been described to be a secreted protein. It is a member of the THEM6 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include DSCD75, protein THEM6, UPF0670 protein C8orf55, UPF0670 protein THEM6, mesenchymal stem cell protein DSCD75, and C8orf55. THEM6 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog and chimpanzee species. Some THEM6 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Immunohistochemistry is a widely used application for these antibodies. Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
