Anti-QR2 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The QR2 antigen is another term for the human protein N-ribosyldihydronicotinamide:quinone reductase 2, encoded by the NQO2 gene. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 231 residues and a mass of 25.9 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm and it is expressed in many tissues, such as the kidney and testis. The QR2 protein is a member of the NAD(P)H dehydrogenase (quinone) protein family. Other alias names for QR2 include DHQV, DIA6, and NMOR2.
