Anti-CD302 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein CD302 molecule. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 232 amino acid residues and a mass of 26.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane and cytoplasm. Up to 5 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Post-translational modifications have been described, including N-glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include CLEC13A, DCL-1, DCL1, CD302 antigen, C-type lectin domain family 13, member A, and BIMLEC. CD302 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. A number of CD302 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. ELISA is a widely used application for these antibodies. Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
