Anti-tob5 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target tob5 is a known alias name of the protein BTG anti-proliferation factor 3, encoded by the BTG3 gene in humans. This 252-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the regulation of cell proliferation, among other biological processes. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for tob5 include ANA, ANA, and ANA/BTG3. Western Blot is the most common application for the tob5 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
