Anti-SNRNP65 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the SNRNP65 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the USP39 gene, which encodes ubiquitin specific peptidase 39. This protein is known to function in the cell cycle, among other biological roles. The human version of SNRNP65 has a canonical amino acid length of 565 residues and a protein mass of 65.4 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. SNRNP65 is a member of the Peptidase C19 protein family.
