Anti-SATT antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the SATT antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SLC1A4 gene, which encodes solute carrier family 1 member 4. The human version of SATT has a canonical amino acid length of 532 residues and a protein mass of 55.7 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the membrane of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include ASCT1 and ASCT1. Indicated applications for SATT antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
