Anti-SAPKK4 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target SAPKK4 is a known alias name of the protein mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 7, encoded by the MAP2K7 gene in humans. This 419-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the apoptotic pathway and the cellular response to lipopolysaccharides, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for SAPKK4 include JNKK2, MAPKK7, and MEK. Some SAPKK4 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
