Anti-PGLP antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PGLP is a known alias name of the protein progestin and adipoQ receptor family member 7, encoded by the PAQR7 gene in humans. This 346-amino acid residue protein is a member of the ADIPOR protein family. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in a wide range of tissues including ovary, testis, placenta, uterus and bladder. Indicated applications for PGLP antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
