Anti-PTD002 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PTD002 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the COMMD10 gene, which encodes COMM domain containing 10. This protein is believed to modulate activity of cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligase (CRL) complexes. The human version of PTD002 has a canonical amino acid length of 202 residues and a protein mass of 23 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the colon, urinary bladder, and appendix.
