Anti-P112 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the P112 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PSMD1 gene, which encodes proteasome 26S subunit, non-ATPase 1. This protein is a known component of the 26S proteasome, a multiprotein complex involved in the ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquitinated proteins. The human version of P112 has a canonical amino acid length of 953 residues and a protein mass of 105.8 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as Rpn2. Indicated applications for P112 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
