Anti-PXDC1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein PX domain containing 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 231 amino acid residues and a mass of 26.6 kDa. Synonyms for this target antigen include PX domain-containing protein 1 and PX domain-containing protein C6orf145. PXDC1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the Pxdc1 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
