Anti-PIK3AP antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PIK3AP antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the HCST gene, which encodes hematopoietic cell signal transducer. This protein is known to function in protein phosphorylation, among other biological roles. The human version of PIK3AP has a canonical amino acid length of 93 residues and a protein mass of 9.5 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the membrane of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the bone marrow and placenta. Other names for this target antigen include DAP10, DAP10, and KAP10. Indicated applications for PIK3AP antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
