Anti-NUB1L antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NUB1L antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the NUB1 gene, which encodes negative regulator of ubiquitin like proteins 1. This protein is known to function in protein ubiquitination, among other biological roles. The human version of NUB1L has a canonical amino acid length of 615 residues and a protein mass of 70.5 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as BS4.
