Anti-NS5ATP13 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target NS5ATP13 is a known alias name of the protein nucleolar and coiled-body phosphoprotein 1, encoded by the NOLC1 gene in humans. This 699-amino acid residue protein is reported to be a nucleolar protein that acts as a regulator of RNA polymerase I by connecting RNA polymerase I with enzymes responsible for ribosomal processing and modification. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell and features ubiquitinated and phosphorylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in many tissues, such as the cerebellum, urinary bladder, and bronchus. Other synonyms for NS5ATP13 include NOPP130 and NOPP140. Western Blot is a widely used application for the NS5ATP13 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
