Anti-NS6 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The NS6 antigen is another term for the human protein NRAS proto-oncogene, GTPase, encoded by the NRAS gene. The protein is known to function in MAPK cascade signaling pathways and myoblast differentiation, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 189 residues and a mass of 21.2 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the Golgi and cell membrane. The NS6 protein is a member of the Ras protein family. Other alias names for NS6 include ALPS4, CMNS, and KRAS. Western Blot is the most common application for the NS6 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
