Anti-NSL3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NSL3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the KANSL3 gene, which encodes KAT8 regulatory NSL complex subunit 3. This protein is known to function in chromatin organization and the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. The human version of NSL3 has a canonical amino acid length of 904 residues and a protein mass of 96 kilodaltons, although 8 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for NSL3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
