Anti-IL-38 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the IL-38 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the IL1F10 gene, which encodes interleukin 1 family member 10. This protein is known to function in the cellular response to lipopolysaccharides and cytokine-mediated signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of IL-38 has a canonical amino acid length of 152 residues and a protein mass of 16.9 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm and is secreted of cells. IL-38 is a member of the IL-1 protein family. Indicated applications for IL-38 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
