Anti-HTF1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target HTF1 is a known alias name of the protein zinc finger protein 85, encoded by the ZNF85 gene in humans. This 595-amino acid residue protein is believed to be a transcriptional repressor. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be widely expressed including in testis. Other synonyms for HTF1 include HPF4 and zinc finger protein 85 (HPF4, HTF1).
