Anti-H1f1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target H1f1 is a known alias name of the protein H1.1 linker histone, cluster member, encoded by the H1-1 gene in humans. This 215-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in spermatogenesis, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in the tonsil, testis, kidney, and gallbladder. Other synonyms for H1f1 include H1.1 and H1A. A number of H1f1 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Indicated applications for the antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry.
