Anti-H1.3 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The H1.3 antigen is another term for the human protein H1.3 linker histone, cluster member, encoded by the H1-3 gene. The protein is known to function in the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 221 residues and a mass of 22.4 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and chromosomes and it is widely expressed in many tissue types. The H1.3 protein is a member of the Histone H1/H5 protein family. Other alias names for H1.3 include H1D and H1F3. Indicated applications for H1.3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
