Anti-GPM6 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target GPM6 is a known alias name of the protein glycoprotein M6A, encoded by the GPM6A gene in humans. This 278-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in neuronal differentiation, including differentiation and migration of neuronal stem cells. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features N-glycosylated and palmitoylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in the cerebellum and cerebral cortex. Indicated applications for GPM6 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
