Anti-L-PBE antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The L-PBE antigen is another term for the human protein enoyl-CoA hydratase and 3-hydroxyacyl CoA dehydrogenase, encoded by the EHHADH gene. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 723 residues and a mass of 79.5 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the peroxisomes and it is expressed in the kidney and liver. The L-PBE protein is a member of the Enoyl-CoA hydratase/isomerase protein family; 3-hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydrogenase protein family. Other alias names for L-PBE include ECHD, FRTS3, and L-PBE. Western Blot is the most common application for the L-PBE antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
