Anti-K6irs Antibody Products

Anti-K6irs antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the K6irs antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the KRT72 gene, which encodes keratin 72. This protein is known to have a role in hair formation. The human version of K6irs has a canonical amino acid length of 511 residues and a protein mass of 55.9 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be notably expressed in the hair. K6irs is a member of the Intermediate filament protein family.
