Anti-hTGP antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target hTGP is a known alias name of the protein transglutaminase 4, encoded by the TGM4 gene in humans. This 684-amino acid residue protein is a member of the Transglutaminase protein family. It is reported to be expressed in the prostate. Other synonyms for hTGP include TGP and protein-glutamine gamma-glutamyltransferase 4.
