Anti-CNK antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CNK antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PLK3 gene, which encodes polo like kinase 3. This protein is known to function in the apoptotic pathway and DNA damage pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of CNK has a canonical amino acid length of 646 residues and a protein mass of 71.6 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus, Golgi, and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. CNK is a member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase protein family. Indicated applications for CNK antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
